The Bike

It started life as a drop shipped Chinese clone of a Honda CRF230. The frame and plastics are copies of a '15 KTM 250 SF-X. The rest is all Honda CRF230 and CRF250R parts.

During COVID I swapped the engine for a Zongshen NC250. This process involved cutting, fabrication, and rewiring the entire bike. The entire build can be found here.

This homemade franken-bike is 2000 miles post swap and still going strong.
